Orders are processed 3-4 Business days shipping depending on location and will be shipped after the order is fully processed. Any products that are ordered on the weekend Friday, Saturday, and Sunday will be processed 3-to 4 Business days. 

All Cosmetics are processed within 2-3 Business days.

All Hair tools or Hair products are processed within 3-4 Business days. 

You can not request a refund only store credit and exchanges are accepted!!! 

if an order is refunded before receiving a tracking number is because of fraud analytics did not allow your order to be processed!!
